Once the challenge/representation has been submitted, a reference number will appear on the screen, please keep this for your records. An acknowledgement will be sent from a noreply@newhamcouncilparking.org mailbox. mailbox if you include an email address on the Informal Challenge/Formal Representation Form. Please add this email account to your safe senders list to help stop the response going into a junk/spam email folder, as our response may also be sent via this method.
Use this option to challenge a PCN issued for parking on-street or in a car park before a Notice to Owner has been issued. This applies when a PCN was either placed in a yellow envelope on your vehicle or handed to you directly by a Civil Enforcement Officer.
Use this option to make a representation if you have received a Notice to Owner. Please note that only the registered keeper of the vehicle is eligible to make a representation at this stage. You will need the web code provided on the notice you have received.
Use this option to make a representation if you have been issued with a PCN for stopping or parking on a bus stop or school keep clear markings. Use this option to challenge a PCN issued by post for a Bus Lane contravention, before an Enforcement Notice has been served.
