• The vehicle registration number on the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
• The web code printed on the notice issued by post.
• Evidence to support your representation (where applicable)
• Email address to receive acknowledgement and a response (optional)
• Contact details.

The Penalty Charge Notice number, vehicle registration number, and web code can be found on the front of the Penalty Charge Notice or correspondence you have received.
